If you’re on the water, speakers will be set up along both Penn’s Landing and the Camden Waterfront. If you’re in your car, KYW News radio will be broadcasting the soundtrack on the radio. The fireworks will be set off from a barge in the middle of the river so they will be visible along the Delaware River at Penn’s Landing and the Camden Waterfront in New Jersey and as far as Old City and South Street in Philadelphia provided that there are no buildings obstructing your view. Yes, Bike Riders will be asked to walk their bikes through the Great Plaza during festival hours. Joggers will be asked to walk through the Great Plaza or re-routed down the access road during festival hours. Joggers will not be permitted to run up and down the steps during the festival or event hours. |

No. There is no need for advance requests for weddings. As with any visitor to Penn’s Landing, we want to make sure their experience is memorable and comfortable. We want to accommodate them so they look forward to their return trip. Visitors are permitted to take photos with any type of cameras, even during concerts and festivals. The new camera policy at Penn’s Landing we will not prohibit cameras or photography on-site, even during events, concerts and festivals.
Penn’s Landing will also NOT prohibit or need advance notice for any guests of the Hyatt, Moshulu or Chart House to take professional photographs outside their properties.
Penn’s Landing will require advance notification and planning for any productions which include full blown movie or technical crew on-site filming or taking modeling photographs. These cases or requests should be forwarded to the Director of Public Relations.
